Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract-to-perm hire engagement. We are looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; manage candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process while holding a heavy requisition load
  • Build candidate pipelines and manage candidates throughout the interview process
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to create competitive offers
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in a rapidly changing environment
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events
  • Draft job postings and interview questions


Experience:

  • 4+ years of in-house, end-to-end recruiting experience at a high-growth company
  • Extensive G-Suite & ATS experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and candidates simultaneously under minimal supervision
